Robert Barclay Academy is seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Lead Cover Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the day-to-day learning of our students and gain valuable experience within a vibrant and dedicated school community.

While previous experience in a school setting is desirable, it is not essential — full training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful candidate.
This position is also ideal for anyone considering a future in teaching. Many of our former Cover Supervisors have gone on to complete teacher training and now work in permanent teaching roles — a testament to the strong support and development opportunities we offer.

The Asbestos Log for the school/academy is kept in the Site Manager’s office and all staff are free to consult it at any time. If you have any queries please see the Site Manager.
You will be asked to complete Child Protection (Safeguarding) and Prevent Duty training and it should be updated every three years.
You will be asked to complete Cyber Security training and it should be updated every year.
